Returns & Exchanges

Tea & Herbal Products – For safety and quality reasons, all tea and herbal products are final sale. However, if You receive a damaged or incorrect order, or have any concerns, contact Us within 7 days of delivery, and We’ll find a solution.

Original Artwork – All sales of original artwork are final. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and We do not accept returns or exchanges. If Your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and We will work toward a resolution.

Art Prints, Books, and Merchandise – If You're not fully satisfied, You may return or exchange these items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Music & Digital Products (E-books, Poetry Downloads, etc.) – These are non-refundable, but if You experience any issues, let Us know, and We’ll work to resolve them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll promptly review Your request and offer a resolution.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

LYTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please ensure Your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
