Brewing Instructions

You’ll need:
• 1–2 teaspoons loose-leaf tea
• 8–12 oz hot water
• A moment to breathe (optional, but encouraged)

Hot Brew

  1. Heat water to just before boiling (about 200–212°F).

  2. Add tea to an infuser or directly into your cup.

  3. Pour hot water over the leaves.

  4. Steep 5–10 minutes, depending on how bold you like it.

  5. Strain, sip slowly, repeat tomorrow.

Cold Brew

  1. Add 1–2 tablespoons loose-leaf tea to 16–24 oz cold water.

  2. Cover and steep in the fridge for 8–12 hours.

  3. Strain and enjoy chilled.
    (Subtle, smooth, zero bitterness.)

Make it Yours:
